We strive to offer a well-rounded selection of Pilates classes to serve a wide array of needs.
Dynamic, floor-based exercises designed to tone and shape the entire body. Resistance circles, bands, stability balls and light weights are used to sculpt problem areas and leave you feeling empowered, challenged, refreshed and renewed.
Plyometric, strength and core circuits are combined in this high intensity workout designed to make you sweat and boost your metabolism for hours after your workout is finished. Free weights and clubbells are used to build lean muscle.
Experience the versatility and sophistication of the reformer at a fraction of the cost. Classes are designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance. This is a fantastic way to reap the myriad of benefits from this genius equipment in a small group setting.
A low impact cardio class using the Pilates Jumpboard! Jumpboard intervals mixed with the unique strength and flexibility training of the Reformer. You'll elevate your heart rate with a safe, strength-building routine that never gets boring.
I was first introduced to pilates by my best friend who wanted to try something new. We took a duets class with Christine.
